At the beginning of each month, I’ll read the collective energy and invite us into two challenges for the month that encourage us to get out of our comfort zone and balance our physical well-being.

When you join Shadow Play, you are part of a small group and close-knit community that meets live multiple times per month.
Shadow Play is designed to facilitate ongoing social community and expert support. Through our live events and our communication tools, you have regular access to me and your fellow members.
Instead of a group program that costs you thousands and connections fizzle out after the program ends, Shadow Play offers ongoing mentorship, training, and peer support.

Priority is given to current members, but I also bring in outside guests as well.

Every live session includes: check ins; guided teaching or experience; reflection / discussion.
The middle (experience) portion is recorded (the meditation, teaching, etc.) while the member reflections are not recorded.
Our monthly “Wind Down” social calls are not recorded.

I am based in Ann Arbor, MI and members join from the West Coast to Europe. My clients overall come from 25+ states and 13+ countries.

2-3 times a year, I gather community availability. I do my best to accommodate as many time zones as possible and will continue to shift scheduling as new members join.
If the majority of our calls don’t work for your time zone, you are welcome to join at the lowest price tier ($33/m) to receive access to the recordings and community.
