Cancellation Policy
By booking any 1:1 session, you agree:
Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice using the “reschedule appointment” feature in their confirmation email. If you cancel with 48+ hours notice, 100% of the original payment will be refunded in the manner in which it was received.
If you cancel an appointment with fewer than 48 hours notice, you will be issued a 50% credit that may be used to book a future session.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.
Shadow Play Money Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your experience in Shadow Play within the first 30 days, I’ll be happy to refund your first month if you meet the following criteria
You paid the regular member rate ($88/m)
You were present live for at least two complete events in your first 30 days
Your email arrives before your renewal
(In other words, give us an honest chance in the first month and I’ll be happy to refund you if it’s not for you.)
Coaching Packages
By booking any coaching package, you agree:
Group and 1:1 coaching packages are generally nonrefundable for the designated term—monthly (1 month), quarterly (3 month), bi-annually (6 month) or other predetermined time frame. Installment or monthly payments are due promptly on the scheduled date. Monthly payments are offered as a convenience, contractually due every 30 days. You can view your payment schedule on your client booking page.
Monthly payments may be converted to larger installments upon request, as long as balance of payment is received prior to remaining sessions. For example, month 4-6 can be paid in month 3 or 4.
1:1 Coaching:
You will receive all sessions included in your package, as long as sessions are scheduled within a grace period of 30 days after your designated package expires or we have a prior written arrangement to postpone our session(s). You are responsible for ensuring you schedule your sessions according to your availability. Coaching clients receive first access to my availability.
Upon registering for any coaching package, you will receive a welcome email with access to Slack, Google Drive, etc. plus expectations for our client-coach relationship.
When your coaching package ends, you will receive a closing email with a reminder to archive your recordings, documents, messages, etc. with a reasonable amount of time to backup your files.
Group coaching:
Note on Body—of Work 1:1 bonus sessions: these automatically reset quarterly. To ensure you receive your bonus, schedule to redeem your bonus session before your package renewal date. If you pause your group coaching membership, you will no longer be eligible for your previous rate and will be offered the new client price if you decide to resume.
All coaching packages:
Julia Lemke reserves the right to change bonuses, pricing and scheduling for new clients at any time. Existing client packages will continue to offer the same pricing and benefits, as long as there is no lapse in payment.
Julia Lemke reserves the right to cancel or offer alternative packages for any reason if your time is best spent in a different program or offer.

No reading or coaching session given by Julia Lemke is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Julia Lemke and www.julia-lemke.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Julia Lemke as well as content created by Julia Lemke including but not limited to YouTube videos, blog posts, events and workshops.
Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Julia Lemke is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Julia Lemke to cease services immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Julia Lemke and their relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc. without written permission from Julia Lemke.
Social Media: You may re-share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given by linking or tagging the original post, article, etc.
