Too often we wait to share the gems of our hearts until we “figure it out.” In this collection, we celebrate the not knowing, wavering, and sea legs of truth.
After holding space for each other online for years, the Body & Soul Retreat brought a small group of artists together—in person—for the first time. We sat around a fire, hugged, and shared meals under the salty breeze in what felt more like a reunion than strangers meeting for the first time. Relaxed inspiration flowed as most of the pieces in this collection met the page.
Full of poetry, prose, sketches, recipes, and meditations—burrow into these pages when you want a retreat from the world with some quiet, soulful company.

Pre-orders optional but super helpful. Here’s why pre-orders matters.
Pre-orders “kickstart” this project and show me that you want things like this to exist in the world. Work that doesn’t just share my stories—but brings people together and weaves our common threads into one cohesive story of soulful humanity.
Pre-orders mean a greater fraction of your support goes to me as an indie publisher/author who creates opportunities for artists (rather than a printing company). Printing costs are high for small quantities, but bulk discounts make a difference. Your support means I can keep prices fair with what you’d expect to pay for a book, despite higher costs on the back end.
