The Experience
Before live session:
Pre-session meditation (45 mins)
Before we meet live, I meditate for 45+ minutes to read your energy. I channel 4-5 pages of notes for a comprehensive snapshot of your current energy and practical tools to implement to help you close the gap between your present and higher self.
During live session:
Live reading session (60-70 mins)
Over Zoom, I share what I received during my meditation. It’s a conversational, compassionate container to plant seeds for your growth. I’ll continue to share messages that come through as we connect and answer questions to help you process the reading.
